Daniell “Dan” Fink is a dedicated personal injury attorney known for his integrity, precision, and results. Dan graduated from the University of Georgia and attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He was sworn in to the Georgia State Bar in 2014 and clerked with the Honorable Jason T. Harper in Henry County State Court. For years, Dan defended insurance companies at one of the largest defense firms in the southeast where he specialized in tractor-trailer and other catastrophic cases. He then found his true calling was helping people in their greatest time of need. He has spent the last several years doing just that – helping injured clients throughout Georgia get the compensation they deserve. Many personal injury attorneys try to guess the insurance company’s plan. Dan’s experience gives him firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies defend cases, and he uses that knowledge to get the most for his clients.

Dan lives in Brookhaven, Georgia with his wife, two children, and one grumpy old dog. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and traveling. His love of classic cars comes from his father, and his respect for the legal profession was shaped early by his mother, who has worked in law offices since his childhood. Above all, Dan strives to treat every client and family the way he would want his own to be treated.
